【摘要】 为评价癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）、胃泌素（ＧＴ）、胃癌ＭＧ抗原（ＭＧ）、人上皮细胞生长因子（ＥＧＦ）等单独测定及联合检测对消化道肿瘤的诊断价值，用放射免疫法对２５例消化道良性疾病及３９例消化道肿瘤病人测定血清ＣＥＡ、ＧＴ、ＭＧ、ＥＧＦ，并对１３例肿瘤病人手术前、后的这４项指标进行了对比。结果消化道肿瘤病人的血清ＣＥＡ、ＧＴ、ＭＧ、ＥＧＦ水平，均明显高于消化道良性疾病；消化道肿瘤病人手术后这４项指标均较手术前明显降低；单独检测各项指标时其灵敏度、诊断正确率均以ＣＥＡ为最高；ＣＥＡ与其它指标分别二项联合检测可提高灵敏度和诊断正确率，以ＣＥＡ与ＧＴ联合检测的灵敏度、诊断正确率最高。认为ＣＥＡ、ＧＴ、ＭＧ、ＥＧＦ对消化道肿瘤均有一定诊断价值，并可作为动态观察、判断疗效及预后的参考指标，ＣＥＡ与其它指标联合检测可提高灵敏度和诊断正确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the value of CEA, GT, MG, EGF in diagnosing gastrointestinal neoplasms, measured the serum levels of CEA, GT, MG, EGF of 25 patients with benignant disease of digestive tract and 39 patients with gastrointestinal neoplasm by radioimmunoassy, and also monitored these indictors of 13 patients with gastrointestinal neoplasm before and after operation. The results show that the serum levels of CEA, GT, MG, EGF of the patients with gastrointestinal neoplasm are higher than those of the patients with benignant disease and obviously lower after operation. Among these indicators, CEA is the most accurate and sensitive. When it is combined with one of the other indicators (especially with GT), the diagnosis accuracy and sensitivity may rise,Consequently, each of CEA, GT, MG, EGF has its value in diagnosing gastrointestinal neoplasms, and may acts as the reference indicators of dynamically observing and determining the effect of treatment and prognosis. The measurement of CEA together with the other indicators may increases the sensitivity and diagnosis accuracy.更多还原
