【Abstract】 23 patients with advanced stage of lung cancer treated with CE scheme. All patients including 14 cases(60. 86% ) over 60 ages were treated by a combination of Carboplatin 500mg/d and Vp - 16 100mg/d for 3 days every 3 weeks. The effect was seen in 80% of SCLC in 36% of NSCLC. The objective responses rate was 82. 6% (19/23). It is effective in old patient, especilly unnormal function of heart and lung,and unable endurance high dose. This chemotherapy raise the survival quality of advanced stage of lung cancer patients and was high efficacy and lower toxicity.更多还原
