【摘要】 经直肠超声(TRUS)980例,其中104例经病理证实为前列腺增生(BPH),本文见前列腺体积(PV)与PSA值呈正相关(r=0.67).在PSA不同的三组,PV显著差异(P<0.001),而PV不同的三组PSA无差异(P>0.05);BPH两区以上增生54.8%,回声不均73%,伴结石77.88%,且在PSA<4ng和>4ng中明显不同(P<0.01);PSAD>0.15者占30.76%.提示BPH中PSA值与PV回声异常有关.更多还原
