连铸矩形坯二次冷却系统的工艺方案

【摘要】 以上钢三厂1~#连铸机二次冷却系统的改造为研究对象,应用连铸工艺理论,结合该厂多年实际生产经验制订了矩形坯连铸机二次冷却水系统的工艺方案。其中配水模式的确定、配水参数的处理充分体现出工程化的思想。经一年半的实际生产验证,表明本方案是成功的,给工厂带来了良好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 With using the modification for the secondary cooling system of No. 1 CC at Shanghai No 3 Steet Works as an objcet of study, a technologic plan for the secondary cooling system of rectangular billet CC has been worked out under the technologic theory of CC in combination with the experience of long-term CC production at this works. Among the plan,the determination of water distribution pattern and treatment of water distribution coefficients embodied engineering thought fully. The plan is successful in providing good economical benifits through one and a half year’s practical operation
