生化法油脂水解产物连续分离工艺研究

【摘要】 生化法油脂水解的产物主要由固体、油、水所组成,三组分的分离技术是整个油脂生化水解技术的重要组成部分,也是难点之一。作者采用精密微孔过滤方法进行固液分离,用离心分离法进行油、水液液分离,阐述了分离原理,研究了分离工艺条件,完成了工业试验,为生化法油脂水解反应产物连续分离的工业化生产奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The fermentation products of fats is composed of solid,oil and aqueous solution,of which the separation technology is the critical part,also a difficult point of the whole technology of the fermentation of fats.In this paper,adopted the technology of fine microporous filter for solidliquid separation,and the technology of centrifugal separation for liquidliquid separation.The principles of both separation and technological conditions for the separation were discussed and studied.The industrial experiment was completed,which laid a foundation for the industrialization of continuous separation of the products of fat fermentation.
