用机械—物理固相效应法制取纳米BaTiO3粉
PREPARING NANOMETER BARIUM TITANATE POWDER BY MECHANOPHYSICAL SOLID EFFECT S METHOD
【摘要】 采用机械-物理固相效应装置,获取纳米级原料BaCO3和TiO2混合粉,经粉末冶金技术合成四方晶型BaTiO3纳米粉。TEM分析表明,粒度在数十纳米级。采用这种纳米BaTiO3粉末,按一定比例和CuO配制烧结而成的BaTiO3-CuO电容型气敏元件,因具有较大的比表面积,其敏感性能大大提高,这为今后开发出一系列极有实用价值的电容型气敏元件创造了必要条件。该制备方法装置简便、投资少、适合大规模工业化生产。
【Abstract】 By means of the mechanophysical solid effects,the nanopowders BaCO 3 and TiO 2 have been prepared.Tetrogonal phase BaTiO 3 is obtained by powder metallurgy method.TEM analysis shows that the nanometer grade powder can be achieved.Using the BaTiO 3 nanopowders,sintered with certain proportion of CuO,the capacitive-type sensitive element can be prepared.As the element has greater specific surface area,the sensitivity can be increased considerably.This create favorable conditions for producing a series of capacitive type sensors.The equipment of the present process is characterized by simple,convenient and low capital cost,hence it is suitable for industrial production.
