【摘要】 在回顾与总结了长沙矿山研究院"八五"以来在研究生教育方面采取的措施，取得的成绩，形成的经验的同时，指出以科研育人是培养研究生的科研实践能力的有效途径，主张适应市场经济要求，探索学以致用的育人机制，以不断提高研究生教育的质量。文章最后归纳出科研院所的研究生教育要立足于自办为主、联办为辅的办学路子，实现高校与院所的优势互补，为我国科技事业多出人才，快出人才，出好人才提供良好的条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 While reviewing the adopted measures and the achievements/experiences obtained in the postgraduate education of CIMR since the "Eighth Five year plan",the author pointed out that cultivation of qualified personnel through scientific research was an effective way to cultivate postgraduates with R &. D capabilities and adevocated that,in order to suit the demands of market economy,a "study for the purpose of application"mechanism should be explored to raise the educated quality of postgraduates. This paper sumed up that the postgraduate education of scientific research institutes shall persist in a way of running a school by self-reliance with the aid of universities so as to cultivate more and better gualified personnel for the science and technology causes of our country.更多还原
