镍的添加方式对钨基高密度合金显微组织和性能的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF NiADDITION PATTERNS ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND PERFORMANCE OF HIGHDENSITY WBASE ALLOYS
【摘要】 对镍加入到钨基高密度合金中的4种添加方式进行了研究,结果表明,镍以共还原法的添加方式加入得到的合金,在液相烧结时活化烧结作用大,可降低合金的烧结温度,钨晶粒微细,可防止脆性相WNi4金属间化合物的形成,同时合金具有较好的物理力学性能。
【Abstract】 Four Niaddition patterns of high density Wbase alloys were studied. The results show that the alloys obtained by addition of Nickel in a coreduction way can reduce their sindering temperature due to great activated sintering action in liquid phase sintering, and avoid the formation of intermetallic compounds of fragil phase WNi4 due to extremely fine crystal grains of tungsten. In addition, the alloys have good physical and mechanical performances.
