铝电解槽电流效率快速测定气敏元件的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF GAS SENSITIVE ELEMENTS FOR RAPID MEASUREMENT OF CURRENT EFFICIENCY OF AN Al ELECTROLYTIC TANK
【摘要】 CO2气体传感技术与测定铝电解槽电流效率相联系,是一种新的节能增产的技术方案。高温烧结制成的陶瓷电容型敏感元件具有稳定的物理、化学性质,将其用于CO2浓度测试装置,可将CO2浓度转换为瞬时电信号,经计算机处理,获得瞬时电流效率值
【Abstract】 The application of CO 2 sensing technique to measurement of current efficiency of an Al electrolytic tank is a new technical scheme for energy saving and capacity increasing. The ceramic capacity type sensitive elements made by high temperature sintering have stable physical and chemical properties. The CO 2 density measuring device can convert CO 2 density into transient electrical signal. The electrical signal is processed by a computer, obtaining transient current efficiency value.
