【Abstract】 Santanghu basin is one of new explored basins. In Santanghu basin the volcanic activity was violent during early Permian. The volcanic rocks consist of andesites, dacites, basalts, liparites, tuffs and tuffbreccias, dominated by andesites. The andesites, dacites and basalts belong to calc alkaline series. Compared with those of active continental margin Andes tpye of andesite, REE abundance, distribution patterns and trace element aboundance of andesites show the characteristics of high kalium orogenetic andesites in calc alkaline series, indicating that Santanghu area was at the active continental margin of Siberia plate during early Permian.更多还原
