【Abstract】 A novel and effective ness in the site reductor minicollumn made of zinc coated with copper was established to reduce vitamin B₁₂for the Luminol-H₂O₂-Vitamin B₁₂.The linear range of determination was 1.0×10^-9～1.0 ×10^-6g/ml.The relative standard deviation（n=11）was 2.0%.The detection limit was 3.1×10^-10g/ml,and the determination results for in injection and pill samples were in good agreement with those of standard method.The reduction collumn can be used for 2000 at least.更多还原
