【摘要】 通过小鼠 PA 下呼吸道感染模型的制作及光镜、电镜技术对 PA 呼吸道感染机制进行了初步的研究。初步建立了 BALB/C 小白鼠呼吸道 PA 感染动物模型.提出了模型的参考指标并动态观察了 PA 呼吸道感染过程中不同时间在呼吸道、肺内的粘附、定值又侵袭部位.在粘液型PA 及非粘液型 PA 呼吸道感染机制的研究中明确了粘液型 PA 的肺内向肝、脾、血中的侵袭力要比非粘液型强。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the mechanism of PA infection of the respiratory tract,a mouse model with lower respiratory tract infection was established,and the microscopy and electronic microscope observa- tion were made.The PA infection model of the respiratory trace in BALB/C mice also estab- lished,and the reference index of the model was put forward.The dynamic observation of PA ad- hering,colonizing arid invading area of lungs was achiede.The mechanism of mucoid and non-mu- coid strains of PA infecting the respiratory tract was studied ,suggesting that the diffusibility of mucoid PA from lungs to the liver and spleen was higher than that of non-mucoid PA.更多还原
