双环减速器内齿板啮合特性及强度研究

【摘要】 在EU-QLID-IS软件上模拟了双环减速器中内齿板在传动过程中的啮合情况,并对内齿板的受力状况进行了分析研究,建立了13种工况下的内齿板的有限元分析计算模型。利用NASTRAN软件求出各模型的应力及变形分布变化规律,找出最危险的工况,对内齿环板的强度状况进行了研究,为提高双环减速器整机性能设计提供了有力的依据。

【Abstract】 The finit elernent analysis calculation model of the inner toothed plate has been established in the EUCLID-IS software in which the toothed plate engagement is simulated in the course of transmission and the forced condition is analyzed under the different 13 work conditions. NASTRAN software could be applied to derive the stress and deformation distribution change law in each of models. to find out the rnost ernergency condition and to study the strength condition of the inner toothed plate,all that could provide forceful evidence for promoting the performance design of the whole double-ring reducer.
