【摘要】 作者自1992年开始开展了一段式叶状钛牙种植体骨内种植的临床研究工作，至今随访已超过三年的为138例患者，205颗种植体，拔除16颗，其中因种植体折断而拔除的4颗，其成功率为92．2％。本文对其手术方法、成功因素、一段式种植体的优点等进行了分析和讨论。作者认为一段式叶状钛牙种植体是一种值得推广的种植体。更多还原
