【摘要】 本研究旨在探讨骨基质明胶（BMG）复合释放系统（DS）在骨修复过程的的抗原性。在40只Wistar大白鼠的下颌骨缺损处植入BMG＋DS复合材料，通过术后3天、7天、14天及1月观察，抽取外周血，采用淋巴细胞转化试验和IL－2测定方法进行检测，结果表明P＞0．05，无显著性差异，说明BMG＋DS复合材料移植无抗原性，宿主不对其发生免疫排斥反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the antigenicity of bone rnatrix gelatin (BMG) and delivery sysiem (DS) in bone repairingprocedure, we used forty Wistar rats in our experiment. The material was transplanted on the rat’s mandibular defect. After 3, 7, 14, 30 days the external blood was extractecl. We detected the antigenicity by usinglymphocyte blastogenesis test and the measurement of IL - 2. The results showed that there was no difference between the experimental and the contral groups (P >0.05). It was suggested that the conipositetransplanting of BMG and DS have no immunogenicity and no immunology repelling reaction to body.更多还原
