【摘要】 本文随访了1990年至1994年间经治的250例单侧唇裂病例,红唇继发畸形54例,其中红唇粘膜畸形38例。1995年至1996年作者根据“干、湿”唇粘膜的特点整复了120例单侧唇裂,术后11例出现红唇继发畸形,其中红唇粘膜畸形4例。使红唇粘膜的继发畸形占红唇畸形的百分率由对照组的70％下降到36％;红唇的继发畸形率由对照组的22％下降到9％。作者认为:将“干、湿”唇粘膜正确对位,先整复“干燥”粘膜,再整复“湿润”粘膜的手术基本步骤是取得红唇良好手术效果的重要因素,整复后的红唇自然、美观。更多还原

【Abstract】 250 cases of unilateral cleft lip repaired during 1990 - 1994 were followed up. Secondary deformities in vermilion were found in 54 cases ,besides 38 cases with vermilion mucosa deformities. In order to deal with the deformities, a new method had been tried in 120 cases with unilateral cleft lip according to the characteristics of "dry mucosa" and "wet mucosa" during 1995-1996. Only 11 cases had showed secondary deformities of vermilion, including 4 cases with vermilion mucosa deformities. The proportion of secondary deformity on vermilion mucosa and vermilion droped apparently form 70% ,22%to 36% , 9%respectively. Jt is important that right position between "dry mucosa" and "wet mucosa" and plasty of "dry mucosa" and "wet mucosa" should be applied during repairing vermilion.
