【摘要】 本研究采用多功能图象分析系统对18例良、恶性多形性腺瘤中肿瘤性肌上皮细胞的核形态和DNA含量进行测定。结果表明,两种肿瘤在核面积、周长、最大径、最小径、形状因子及等效圆直径上差别有显著性。在DNA含量和近4C％含量上相同,而在近2C％和5CER上差别有显著性。多形性腺瘤中肿瘤性肌上皮细胞的DNA含量和5CER的含量已达到恶性肿瘤细胞水平,提示该细胞的这一特性与多形性腺瘤“好种植,易复发”的生物学行为有着密切的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to measure the nuclear morphologic features and DNA content of the neoplastic myoepithelial cells of 18 cases of benign and malignant pleomorphic adenoma. The result showed that there were significant differences between benign and malignant in nuclear area, nuclear perimeter, maximum nuclear diameter,circular nuclear diameter and minimum nuclear diameter as well as near - diploid content and 5CER,whereas no difference in DNA content and near - tetraploid content. The DNA content and 5CER of the neoplastic myoepilhelial cells of pleomorphic adenoma had achieved the level of malignant tumor. It is suggested that the biological features of the neoplastic myoepithelial cells have close relationship with the biological behaviour of pleomorphic adenoma.更多还原
