成纤维细胞生长因子促进拔牙创愈合的动物实验研究

【摘要】 成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblastgrowthfactor,FGF)有促进肉芽组织生长作用,但关于它对口腔内拔牙创组织愈合和修复的研究未见报道。本研究采用山羊拔牙创模型,分别用碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF,浓度1000μ/ml),以及相同剂量的生理盐水处理创口,结果表明:bFGF具有显著促进拔牙创成纤维细胞增殖及肉芽组织和上皮细胞生长,有利于牙槽新骨形成的作用。

【Abstract】 n order to evaluate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the healing process after tooth extraction. Taking twelve goats as animal models, mandibular lateral incisors of goats were extracted under anethesia. One side wound of each animal was injected with bFGF saline (0.1ml 1000U/ml), while the other side wound was injected with normal saline as control. Their mandibles were removed with time and the tooth extraction sockets were observed by histological and histochemical examination, The results showed that the wounds treated with bFGF healed faster and new bone formation was evident on the 7th day after extraction, this difference was significant at complete wound closure. These results indicate that bFGF can stimulate proliferation and differentiation of soft and bone tissue cells during the wound healing of extraction.
