【摘要】 为深入研究舌癌复发，根据１５２例舌癌患者，其中６１例复发病例的临床资料，对复发的原因进行单因素分析。结果表明：舌癌复发与病程、肿瘤表面最大直径、生长方式、ＴＮＭ分期及治疗手段有关，与病理分级和术后是否修复无关。肿瘤表面最大直径＞３ｃｍ，病程＞６个月，生长方式为浸润型，Ｔ３和Ｔ４期及未进行综合治疗的患者复发率明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。作者还对舌癌复发的治疗和预防进行了初步探讨更多还原

【Abstract】 Two hundred and nine patients with tongue cancer from 1980 to 1994 were studied retrospectively.Follow-up were performed for these patients.Clinical and pathological parameters were reviewed and analysed by univariate analysis. The follow-up results of 152 cases were obtained.The recurrent rates of the groups with course more than 6 months (compared with less than 6 months),greatest surface diameter more than 3 cm (compared with less than 3 cm),in vasive way of growth (compared with other ways of growth) or/and without receiving combined therapy (compared with combined therspy) were significantly higher than their comparative groups.But the recurrence is not correlated with degree of differentiation and postoperative repair. Negative margins in tongue cancer,combined therapy and regular follow-up should be emphasized to decrease the recurrent rate.Prevention and treatment of the recurrence are also discussed.更多还原
