【摘要】 为探讨环丙沙星口服治疗伤寒的疗效，对６１例伤寒患者给予环丙沙星０５ｇ，一日二次口服，１４ｄ疗法结果：治愈率为９６７２％，开始退热时间为（２０２±０９）ｄ，体温退至正常时间为（４０２±１５１）ｄ体外药敏试验中，伤寒杆菌对环丙沙星的敏感性与先锋必相似表明环丙沙星是简单、安全且高效的治疗伤寒药物更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore its oral effect for typhoid fever, Ciprofloxacin was given to 61 cases of thyphoid fever. The dosage was 0.5 g, administered orally twice a day for 14 days. As a result, the curative rate was 96.72%, with the initial time for the fever to fade at(2.02±0.9)d and the time for the temperature to return to normal at (4.02±0.9)d. In the drug sensitivity test in vitro, Typhoid bacillus were as sensitive to Ciprofloxacin as to Cefoperazone. This showed that Ciprofloxacin is a simple, safe and effective drug for the treatment of typhoid fever.更多还原
