【摘要】 用稳态血药浓度一点法监测１０种药物，７２２例（次），根据血药浓度测定值用简单公式计算达有效血药浓度所需剂量，使给药剂量个体化该法取血次数少、计算简便，结果与临床药学有关书中方法一致，其估算值与病人血药浓度实测值基本一致，可作为调整给药方案，促进安全全理用药，做到给药个体化的重要手段更多还原

【Abstract】 With the method of stabilizing the drug concentration in the blood, 10 drugs were monitored in 772 cases. According to the determined value of the blood drug concentration, a simple formula could work out the needed dosage for an effective drug concentration, thus individualizing the drug dosage. Small in blood withdrawal quantity and simple in calculation, our method presented the same result as those of other methods described in some clinical pharmaceutical books. Our estimated value were in confirmation with the determined value of the patient’s blood drug concentration. As an adjuster of drug administration plan, this method is one important means for individualizing the drug administration and for administrating drugs safely and reasonably.更多还原
