【摘要】 对原发性肾小球疾患，部分继发性肾小球疾病及移植肾病例３７例，在Ｂ超或Ｘ线电视荧屏ＩＶＰ显像直视下，经皮肾活体组织穿刺．所取的肾组织分送光镜、免疫荧光及电镜检查，作出病理诊断，指导治疗．肾活检提供的组织学资料能直接观察到肾小球组织改变，免疫损伤及疾病的进展和演化，资料准确，指标可靠．肾活检技术和其它实验室检查相辅相成，在肾脏疾病诊断治疗中具有重要意义．更多还原

【Abstract】 Observed with fluorescent IVP monitoring of B-ultrasound or of X-ray, renal puncture biopsy was performed in 37 patients suffering from primary renal glomerulus plus partial secondary renal glomerulus and kidney transplantation. The taken tissues were sent to be examined under microscopy, immunofluorescence and electronic microscopy, with which pathological diagnoses were made for the guidance of treatment. The histologic materials from kidney biopsy enabled us to observe directly the tissue change, immunity damage, and pathologic development. The materials were accurate and the indexes were reliable. Renal biopsy technique and other laboratory tests supplement one another and are of great importance in the diagnosis and treatment of renal diseases.更多还原
