【摘要】 为研究绞股兰皂甙对庆大霉素所致的急性肾功能衰竭的保护作用，用Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠３０只随机分为３组：庆大霉素组、绞股兰皂甙保护组和正常对照组，每组１０只观察肾功能和形态学变化，同时测定血清超氧化物歧化酶和血清丙二醛含量结果显示：绞股兰皂甙保护组血清ＢＵＮ，Ｃｒ和Ｕｒ较庆大霉素组明显改善，肾组织病理形态学改变明显减轻结果提示绞股兰皂甙对庆大霉素所致的急性肾功能衰竭有明显保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the protective effect of gypenosides (GPS) on acute renal failure (ARF) induced by Gentamycin (GM), 30 Wistar rats were divided randomly into three groups: GM, GPS and normal control, each consisting of 10 rats. Observation was made on the renal function and morphylogical change at the same time the serum superoxide (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured (MDA) were measured. The results showed that the serum BUN, Cr and Ur were markedly improved more and the pathomorphylogy change of renal tissue was obviously alleviated more in GPS protective group than in GM group. This suggested that GPS has a remarkably protective effect on GM-induced ARF.更多还原
