【摘要】 为了解放射性核素肝胆显影（ＳＰＥＣＴ）在儿科领域的应用，对１６例临床诊断为婴儿肝炎综合征的婴儿进行了检查．检查设备为美国ＧＥ公司生产的３２００型单光子发射计算机．检查用药（显影剂）为９９ｍＴＣ－ＥＨＩＤＡ．结果显示：胆道系统通畅者１１例，胆道系统梗阻者５例，前者内科治疗效果较好，后者则较差．结果表明：本检查方法对婴儿肝炎综合征的进一步诊治和预后判断有临床价值和指导意义．更多还原

【Abstract】 To probe into SPECT application in the field of pediatrics, the examination was conducted in 16 infants who had been clinically diagnosed as infantile hepatitis syndrome. The examination equipment was a Model 3200 single photon emission computer produced by GE company in U.S. and the examining chemical (developer) was SPECT 99m TC EHIDA. The results indicated that the biliary tract was open in 11 cases but obstructive in 5 cases. The former responded well but the latter poorly to the internal medicine treatment. The results suggested that this examination boasts of a clinical value and guidance for the further diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of infantile hepatitis syndrome.更多还原
