【摘要】 １９９２年至１９９３年对昆明市区大气真菌飘散特征进行调查分析．调查采用曝片、曝皿、空气定量抽样三种方法．对取得的资料按照《真菌鉴定手册》及《中国气传致敏真菌》的形态描述进行鉴定到科属．结果显示昆明市大气中常年均有真菌飘散，种类多、数量大．全年出现两次真菌高峰．应用真菌变应原浸液对来院就诊的变态反应病人进行了生物学测定，真菌过敏阳性率高，发病季节与大气中真菌高峰期相吻合．该研究对临床真菌过敏病人的诊断、治疗和预防有重要意义．更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1992 to 1993 an analytical investigation was conducted on the floating features of airborne fungus across the urban district of Kunming. In the survey adopted were three methods, namely exposure slice, exposure glasses and quantitative sample taking of the air. The acquired data were appraised for the family and genus in accordance with the morphological description from Handbook of Fungus Appraisement and from Airborne Sonnetizing Fungus in China. The results disclosed that over the urban district the fungus floated through the air all year in great variety and large quantity. There appeared two fungus peaks in the whole year. Fungal allergen extract was applied in the biological detection of the sensitized patients who came to the outpatient department of our hospital for medical advice. The positive rate was high and the disease occurring season was coincidental with the fungal peak in the air. Our research is of great importance for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of clinically sentitized patients.更多还原
