一个空间伸展臂方案设计、展开过程与受力分析
PROJECT DESIGN, DEPLOYMENT PROCESS AND STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF A SPACE MAST
【摘要】 文中介绍了一种展开结构,它包括子结构、主动索、被动索。子结构由几个杆件集成;一根或多根主动索驱动机构展开;被动索在折叠或部分展开时松驰,在完全展开时张紧。文中还分析了正八面体单元特性;设计了一可展馈源支撑架方案;推导出伸展臂展开过程几何变化规律;给出了仅有预应力时自平衡体系受力分析;建立了可滑动-转动单元的刚度矩阵和伸展臂的数值分析模型。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a deployable structure consisting of sub structure, active cable and passive calbe is introduced. Sub structure is integrated with several rods; One or more active cables activate mechanism deploy; Passive cables are slack at package or partly deployable configuration, and taut at fully deployable configuration. Characteristics of octahedral module are analyzed and a deployable feed mast is designed. Geometry analysis during deployment is developed, self equilibrated stress is presented with only prestress, stiffness matrices of a slide pivot element are formulated, and a numerical analysis model is established for the mast.
