【Abstract】 The authors have separated the factor of qualified personnel’from the three major elements influencing economic growth:capital input,labor input and technological progress. Thus established are the Cobb Douglas total production function and equation for growth speed,which encompass the ingependent factor of’qualified personnel’.更多还原
