【Abstract】 In regard of the reform of state - ownedventerprises, this author makes the following suggestions: to privatize all the state - owned en-terprises in the highly competitive lines of trade and withdraw all state - owned properties from these lines, to let the semi - competi-tive state - owned enterprises go public, with the government as the biggest or one of the biggest shareholders, to introduce entrust-ment - and - agency system into those state - owned enterprises which enjoy monopoly status, and to expand institutional changes to involve property right, enterpreneurship, human resources and so on.更多还原
