【Abstract】 The high content of pyrrhotite in the No. 91 rich ore processed in the Chehe concentrator severely affected the recovery of cassiterite by tables in the gravity concentration that followed flotation. This paper describes a good separation result of the tables was achieved by tising a ZCT medium-intensity magnetic separator that removed the pyrrhotite from the feed to the tables efficiently. Results of the industrial-scale test and the production practice indicated that the concentration index of cassiterite was improved and the economic benefit was great. The new flowsheet provides all effective way to improve the concentration index of cassiterite in a tin concentrator.更多还原
