ZCT中磁磁选机在车河选厂的应用

【摘要】 车河选厂91号富矿石中碰黄铁矿含量高,严重影响选厂后重选段摇床锡的回收,本文介绍采用ZCT中碰机脱除磁黄铁矿,经应用表明,不仅脱除效果好,而且能改善摇床分选效果,提高锡的选别指标.经济效益十分显著.为选厂提高锡的回收指标提供了有效途径。

【Abstract】 The high content of pyrrhotite in the No. 91 rich ore processed in the Chehe concentrator severely affected the recovery of cassiterite by tables in the gravity concentration that followed flotation. This paper describes a good separation result of the tables was achieved by tising a ZCT medium-intensity magnetic separator that removed the pyrrhotite from the feed to the tables efficiently. Results of the industrial-scale test and the production practice indicated that the concentration index of cassiterite was improved and the economic benefit was great. The new flowsheet provides all effective way to improve the concentration index of cassiterite in a tin concentrator.
