桃蚜对[反]-β-法尼烯的行为及电生理反应

【摘要】 [反]-β-法尼烯([E]-β-farnesene)是多种蚜虫的报警信息素成分。本文用触角分部切断法,检测到桃蚜Myzuspersicae触角对[反]-β-法尼烯的敏感部位在原生感觉圈。嗅觉反应表明[反]-β-法尼烯对桃蚜的驱拒效果极显著。触用电位检测结果表明成蚜对[反]-β-法尼烯的电生理反应比若蚜敏感。

【Abstract】 (E) -β-farnesene is a main component of aphid alarm pherornone. The sensory part of an antennae of Myzus persicae to (E) -β-farnesene is located in the primary rhinaria as shown by cutting antennae experiment. The results of olfactory test showed that (E) -β- farnesene was very effective in repelling Myzus Pertkae and the capability of response to (E) -β-farnesene in the adult Myzus perisae is stronger than that in the young ones by EAG test.
