【摘要】 观察了实验性糖尿病大鼠血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ (ATⅡ )、C肽的变化及中药糖心宁对它们的作用。结果表明 ,ATⅡ的含量对照组高于正常组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,治疗组低于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。C肽的含量对照组低于正常组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,治疗组高于对照组(P <0 0 1 )。ATⅡ的升高可以对心脏产生有害的作用。糖心宁可以提高C肽的含量 ,改善β细胞的功能。糖心宁可能通过多途径作用降低ATⅡ的含量 ,治疗糖尿病心血管并发症更多还原

【Abstract】 Changes of plasma AT Ⅱ and C piptide in the rat with experimental diabetes and the effects of TCM preparation Tangxinning over them were observed. The results showed that the AT Ⅱ level of the control group was higher than the normal group ( P <0.01),and that of the treating group was lower than the control group ( P <0.01).
