【摘要】 中医的辨证论治有不可磨灭的功勋 ,但以往中医学 (尤其是内科 )对病的本质认识尚感不够。因此中医学术的发展 ,当突破辨证论治的局限 ,从“病”着手 ,即在明确疾病病理变化 (病性 )的基础上 ,结合辨病位而确定疾病病种及分类 ,建立辨病论治的完善体系 ,实现辨病与辨证的结合 ,将可能是中医学发展创新的突破口。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although the practice of the treatment system based on thedifferentiation of syndromes (TSBDS) has made indelible contribution,TCM (especially TCM internal medicine)can not fully understand the essential aspect of disease. TCM, therefore, should break through the academic limitations of TSBDS and establish a practicable treatment system based on the differentiation of diseases (TSBDD) by taking the knowledge of the category, classification, pathology and pathologic site of disease as its basis.
