【Abstract】 , Natural soya lecithin has been hydrogenuzed . with theuse of pddouble carrier catalyst developed by ourselves and stablehydrogenized soya lecithin has been prepared. We have discussed the effect of the ratio of reactants . reection temperatures and reaction pressure on reaction ahd acquired very good technological condutions.
