【摘要】 本文对硬膜外注射康宁克通A治疗腰椎间盘突出症致血压改变12例病例分析，其血压改变的发生时间为3～5分钟，症状消退时间为30～60分钟。不良反应有：一过性体位性低血压者5例，高血压件低烧者3例，颅内压增高者4例，经及时对症处理，症状缓解。提示应用康宁克通A作硬膜外注射时，应根据患者性别、年龄、体重等差异．采取个体化给药，适当降低康宁克通A剂量，减慢注射速度，在完成硬膜外注射后，应静卧10分钟．以防止和减少不良反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported changes of blood pressure in 12 patients after extradural injection of kenacore-A. The blood pressure usually changed in three to fivc minutes after injection and recovered within half to one hour. The side effects were transient hypotension in five cases, hypertension with fever in three cases and intracranial hyperpressure in four cases. All of them had been controlled through immidiate interventions. It suggested that reducing the dosage of kenacore-A and slowly injecting, according to patients sex, age and body weight, would prevent or decrease the side-effects.更多还原
