车削中心C轴插补的研究

【摘要】 一般的数控车床只能进行X和Z轴联动插补。车床如果有C轴功能,在一次装夹中,可进行多工序加工,大大地提高其工艺适用范围。文中就C轴的插补问题进行了研究,推导出了几种C轴插补公式

【Abstract】 The C Axis interpolation issue of turning center has studied in this paper. The numerical control lathe, in general, can only carry out X and Z axes interpolation.It would be possessed the capabilities of performing multiple technology machining in one installation and improving the adaptive scope of technology greatly, provided that the lathe has the ability of C Axis interpolation. Several kinds of C Axis interpolation formulas have been derived in this paper. These interpolation formulas have been simulated and demonstrated on an Industrial Personal Computer (IPC) based CNC system.
