【摘要】 为提高肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断与治疗水平，本文总结了26例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤（占同期肾肿瘤的20．3％）的临床资料。21例行手术治疗，其中单纯切除肿瘤7例，肾切除14例；未行手术5例。通过观察随访，得出：B超和CT是术前诊断此肿瘤的最好手段，治疗仍以手术为主，对4cm以下的肿瘤应采取定期随访观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 To improve the diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma, a clinical review. 26 cases of renal angiomyolipoma were made,which constituted 20. 3% of renal tumors treated in the same period. Among the 21 cases operated, 7 cases underwent tumor enucleation and 14 cases underwent nephrectomy. With follow-up survey,B-ultrasownd and CT were considered to be the best diagnostic methods. At present,the main method of treatment remains to be operation. A regular follow-up is suggested to those patients with renal angiomyolipoma under 4 cm in diameter.更多还原
