【Abstract】 Fifty two cases of intussception were diagnosed by B-type ultrasonotraphy and 48 cases successfully reduced by enema with normal saline under the supervision of ultrasonogram. The reduction rate reached 92%. The ultrasonogrphic pictures are better illustrative than that of x-ray fluoroscopy,and can serve a better indicator in the reduction. The procedures are performed under direct vision and the patient’s condition can be constantly kept under physician’s supervision. This technique in the diagnosis and reduction can protect the patients and doctors from the harmful effect of x-ray. It is simple and safe.更多还原
