【摘要】 为了观察正常人血清TSH、PRL基础水平以及对TRH试验的反应，采用免疫放射量度分析法和放射免疫方法对100例健康人血清TSH、PRL分别进行了检测，结果显示正常人基础状态时TSH水平为1．91±0．94μIU／ml）（0.48～4．21μIU／ml），PRL水平为11.71±6.26ng／ml（3.86～27．1ng／ml）；TRH兴奋试验后，其峰值与基础状态有一定的相关性。此外，还讨论了各自的△值及R值的意义，为临床疾病诊断和鉴别诊断提供了一定的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 For obsering the normal basal levels of serum thyrotropin and prolactin and their response to thyrotropin releasing hormone 100 healthy persons were detected by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the basal levels of thyrotropin and prolactin were 1. 91±0.94 μIU/ml (0. 48 ~ 4. 2μIU/ml) and 11. 71 ± 6. 26 ng/ml (3. 86 ~ 27. l ng/ml)respectively, and their peaks were correlated with their basal levels after thyrotropin releasing hormone stimulation.
