【摘要】 硼酸酯型汽车制动液对金属材料的保护性和橡胶材料的适应性是行车安全的两个重要指标。通过制动液各组分对金属和橡胶材料影响的实验结果比较 ,提出了制动液要达到对橡胶和金属材料的保护作用 ,采用的硼酸酯应为乙二醇类 ( 1 /3)和乙二醇类单醚 ( 2 /3)混合硼酸酯 ,稀释剂应采用二乙二醇单醚或低聚乙二醇单醚。并成功地调配出了两种 ZH 3和 ZH 4型制动液更多还原

【Abstract】 Boric acid ester type of automobile brake fluide for protecton of metal material and fitness of elastomer material are both important items of road safety. Compairing experimental results of component of various breke fluides on affect of metal and elastomer metarials. We feel that if the brake fluide protect metal and elastomer materials against corrosion, its boric acid ester should use the boric acid ester of mixing glycols(1/3) with mono ethers of glycol(2/3), its diluent should use mono ether of diethylene glycol and mono ethers of lower polyethylene glycol. Both satisfactory prescriptions of ZH3 and ZH4 are successfully obtained.更多还原
