吡啶对相转移催化合成增塑剂BBP产率的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF PYRIDINE OF YIELD OF PLASTICIZER BBP SYNTHESIZED BY PHASE TRANSFER CATALYSIS
【摘要】 考察了四丁基溴化铵 ( TBAB)和聚乙二醇 ( PEG6 0 0 )为催化剂 ,在无水 Na2 CO3 和 Na OH水溶液中进行相转移催化合成增塑剂邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯 ( BBP)的催化效果。实验结果表明 :在 Na OH水溶液中反应时 ,产率明显比在无水 Na2 CO3 中反应低 ,而添加少量的吡啶则可以有效地提高产率。这可能是由于吡啶能够增大苄氯在水中的溶解度并且提高反应速度的缘故
【Abstract】 This paper investigates the catalytic effects of tetrabutyl ammonium bromide (TBAB) and polyethylene glycol (PEG 600) as phase transfer catalyst synthesized plasticizer BBP in anhydrous Na 2CO 3 and NaOH solution. Experiment results showed that the yield in NaOH solution is evidently lower than that in anhydrous Na 2CO 3, adding a little pyridine can effectively increase the yield. It is probably because pyridine can enhance the solubility of benzyl chloride in water and the rate of reaction.
