【摘要】 水利投入不足问题，多少年来一直困扰着水利行业．如何增加水利投入，改变水利徘徊局面，促进水利发展上台阶，是近几年水利工作者潜心探索的课题．从建国４５年来江西省水利投入与发展速度的关系着手，分析水利投入的多少对水利事业发展的举足轻重的作用，并介绍江西省近几年来采取灵活多样的形式，广泛筹集水利建设资金所作的一些尝试，从政策上进一步探讨研究增加水利投入的形式与途径．更多还原

【Abstract】 The investment of hydraulic branch has not been enough for many years. How to increase the hydraulic investment, change the situation and promote the hydraulic branch to develop is a problem which water conservancy workers probed. This paper analyzed the effect of hydraulic investment to hydraulic enterprise development from the relation of hydraulic investment and developing pace of Jiangxi province since our country was founded, and introduced that various methods was taken in Jiangxi province in order to raise widely the funds of hydraulic construction, and probed into the measurements of increasing the hydraulic investment based on the policy of our country.更多还原
