药剂诱导苎麻孤雌生殖纯系培育

【摘要】 以湘苎1~5号和镇宁苎麻等13个品种为材料,以不同种类、浓度和配方的药剂诱导产生55份孤雌生殖结实种子(GS1),将部分GS1植株隔离自交种子育苗,实得28个自交系,根据叶形、叶缘锯齿、叶柄色和雌花色等10个形态性状的一致性,从中选择4个纯系,还从GS1和GS2群体中获得若干雄性不育材料,为苎麻遗传育种研究提供了物质基础。

【Abstract】 Based on critical identification of 10 morphological characters such as shape and colour of leaf, wrinkles on leaf surface,teeth on leaf edge, colour of petioles and pistillate flowers etc., four pure lines of ramie were obtained from 28 selfs (GS 2) which originated from the parthenogenetic seeds (GS 1) of 13 ramie cultivars such as Xiangzhu 1,2,3,4 and 5, Zhengning Ramie and Germplasm 11 etc., induced with different chemicals i.e.DMSO, kinetin and colchicine or their combinations in different concentrtions. And some male sterile plants were also found in some GS 1 and GS 2 populations. All the gainings may be used as the basic materials for ramie genetic and breeding research.
