一次二阶矩法及其在螺栓可靠性设计中的应用
Study on the Linear Second Order Moment Method and Its Application to Bolt Reliability Design
【摘要】 由于工程实际中缺乏足够的数据资料来确定应力和强度的分布,利用数值积分法求解零件的可靠度将十分困难。本文提出一种可选择的实用方法,只要知道应力和强度的一阶矩和二阶矩(均值和标准差),便可求得可靠性指标β值,并通过螺栓联接实例,阐述了一次二阶矩法的设计原理和方法。
【Abstract】 Because lacking of enough data to the distributions of stress and strength of machine components, it is difficult to calculate the reliability of the component by aid of numerical integration. This paper explains that, if we know means and standard deviations of the stress and strength, we can work out reliability coefficient ( β ).It also illustrates the design principle of linear second order moment method through the bolt design example.
