关于内燃机缸套活塞环磨合过程的数学模型
A Mathematical Model for Running in of Piston Ring and Cylinder in Mixed Lubrication
【摘要】 从混合润滑和磨合动力学的角度出发,以表面粗糙度和磨损率为状态参量,建立一个关于内燃机缸套、活塞环摩擦学系统磨合过程的数学模型,分析了影响磨合过程的各种参数对磨合的影响,为磨合过程的动态仿真提供了基于润滑的表面形貌分析的理论依据
【Abstract】 In order to study the running in between the cyclinder and the piston ring,a tribosystem has been established,and the running in is regarded as a self adapting and convergent process of this system.With the RMS σ and wear rate W· considered as the two characteristic parameters of the system,a mathematical model for running in based upon the theory of mixed lubrication and dynamic wear is presented.The model allows the effects of engine operating conditions and surface topography on running in to be studied in detail.
