ZrO2隔热梯度涂层制备技术及涂层性能研究
Manufacturing Technology of Heat Insulation Gradient Coating and Research on Its Properties
【摘要】 应用等离子喷涂工艺及单片处理机控制技术制备ZrO2·Y2O3系隔热梯度涂层,实现涂层组分沿厚度方向连续分布的要求.并就总厚度相同,过渡层数不同的两组涂层的性能进行了分析比较,试验证明隔热梯度涂层具有良好的热应力缓和作用
【Abstract】 This paper describes that ZrO 2·Y 2O 3 heat insulation gradient coating is made by plasma spraying technology and the single chip microcomputer technique to realize the gradient distribution of the coating elements along coating thickness,and analyses the properties of two kinds of coatings with different intermediate layers and the same thickness.The test proves that the insulation gradient coatings possess excellent function to lighten thermal stress.
