几种堆焊焊条耐磨性能的研究

【摘要】 通过对几种不同成分的耐磨合金焊条焊接工艺和耐磨位磨损性能的对比分析知,高碳高铭铸铁型焊条具有较好的耐磨性,焊接性较差,这与其组织中有较多的硬质碳化物有关;而中高碳钢焊条只要能在马氏体基体上得到适当形貌的碳化物,其硬度和耐磨性均可达到甚至超过高碳高铭铸铁型焊条,且焊接住良好.分析表明合金元素Nb对堆焊焊条的耐磨性改善具有重要的作用.

【Abstract】 In this paper, the weldability and abrasive resistance of several surfacing electrodes havebeen analysed. The results show that surfacing electrodes with high-carbon and high-chromium have better abrasive resistance, but worse weldability and that the hardness and abrasivere1istance of electrodes with midium and high carbon can be eguivalent to that of the formerwhen oppropriate types of carbide are obtained on martensite matrix. The analysis also indicates that Nb contributes a lot to the improving of abrasive resistance of sunfaing electrodes.
