【摘要】 目的 探讨非那根治疗TD的疗效。方法 对60例TD患者进行了非那根与安慰剂的对照研究,采用AIMS量表分别在治疗前,治疗第2、4、6、8、12周,第6、12月时进行TD评定。结果 观察组在治疗第4周时AIMS总分显著降低,平均下降46.4％,随后异常运动的严重程度及其对正常活动的影响程度也显著减轻。此外,不论治疗前或治疗后,多数患者并未关注其自身的异常运动。结论 本研究提示非那根是一种有效的治疗TD药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluace the efficaxy of promethazine inthe treatment of tardive dyskinesia (TD) in psychotic inpatients.Mehods Sixty inpatients with TD were treated with promethazine or placebo randomally. and the outcomes were evaluated with AIMS after the treatment every 2 weeks in the first 2 months, and 6 and 1 2 months later.Results As a group, the AIMS score reduced 46.4% which had significant difference with the control group. conclusions Promethazine is a useful medication for the treatment of TD.更多还原
