【摘要】 目的 探讨锂对甲状腺功能的影响。方法 对31例长期服锂盐的病人作甲状腺功能的检查,并以32例作对照。结果 碳酸锂组病人的T₃、T₄、FT₃、FT₄值均明显低于对照组,TSH值明显高于对照组。结论 碳酸锂组中甲状腺功能低下者多于对照组,甲状腺肿大者也比对照组多。甲状腺肿大病人的TGA增高,提示自体免疫性疾病是服锂盐病人甲状腺肿大的主要原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the influence of long-term lithium treatment onto the thyroid function.Methods Thyroid function of 31 patients who have been taking lithium for more than 1 year were determined, and 32 patients who never take lithium used as control.Results T3, T4, FT3, and FT4 value in patients whith lithium were lower than control.Conclusion Percentage of the patients taking lithium who showed hypothyroidal function was greater than that in the control group.更多还原
