具有能量集成的非清晰精馏网络最优综合
SYNTHESIS OF HEAT INTEGRATED NONSHARP DISTILLATION SEQUENCES
【摘要】 基于新型的随机型最优化方法—SA/LP算法,建立了求解带有能最集成的非清晰精馏网络最优综合问题的方法。该方法运用二叉排序树的概念描述热集成精馏系统的结构和相邻解,有效地避免了复杂的混合整数非线性规划(MINLP)问题的建模与直接求解.计算表明,该方法具有计算速度快、实施方便、收敛性好、内存占用少的优点,是处理非清晰热集成精馏网络最优综合问题的有效方法。
【Abstract】 Based on SA/LP algorithm, a novel random search technique is proposed for solving the problem of synthesis of heat integrated nonsharp distillation sequences. This method uses the concept of binary sort tree to represent the structure of the system, including separation sequences as well as heat integration, and it avoids the formulation and direct solution of complex MINLP problems. The illustrating examples show that the proposed method ilas advantages in its easy implementation, global convergence and less computing time and memory occupation, and so is a efficient method to solve the addressed problem.
