酸催化合成邻氨基苯甲酸正丁酯
Catalytic Synthesis of n-Butyl 2-Aminobenzoate with Concentrated Sulfuric Acid
【摘要】 研究了合成邻氨基苯甲酸正丁酯的催化剂和工艺条件。结果表明,氯化氢对该酯化反应的催化作用甚小;浓硫酸对邻氨基苯甲酸及其盐酸盐都有良好的催化作用,但后者催化剂用量显著减少。采用正交设计确定了最佳反应条件,邻氨基苯甲酸盐酸盐、正丁醇和浓硫酸的摩尔比为1:6.6~7.0:0:38(邻氨基苯甲酸盐酸盐0.1mol),酯化时间为10h,酯化收率为36.3%。
【Abstract】 n - Butyl 2 - aminobenzoate was synthesized with a yield of 36. 8% under optimaloptimal conditions by using 2 - aminobenzoic acid hydrochloride and n - butyl alcohol as reactants, concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyzer. Some factors that affected the esterifications of 2- aminobenzoic acid catalyzed by concentrated sulfuric acid or hydrogen chloride and 2aminobenzoic acid hydrochloride catalyzed by concentrated sulfuric acid were discussed.
